INTERPRET:
Chiara
     
     Chiara Siracusa (*25. srpna 1976, Valletta) se zúčastnila v roce 1998, tehdy ještě jako neznámá zpěvačka, maltského národního kola které vyhrála. V Birminghamu na mezinárodním finále Eurovize tehdy vybojovala se skladbou "The One That I love" třetí místo. Chiara se tak stala na Maltě takřka národní hrdinkou. Díky své popularitě vydala několik desek a vystupuje také v zahraničí. V roce 2005 útočí na první příčku na finále Eurovize se skladbou „Angel“, bohužel ale skončila "pouze" na stříbrném místě. Malta věří, že Chiara letos konečně získá prvenství.
